Prayer is basically talking to God. It can include:

  • Petition, which is asking God to meet certain needs;
  • Thanksgiving, which is expressing our gratitude to God for what He has done;
  • Praise, which is worshiping God for who He is; and
  • Intercession, bringing the need of someone else, or a specific situation, before the Lord.

Water baptism is the first step of obedience in the life of a new believer. It opens the door to many more blessings from God.
